Quentin Breen, CEO
Quentin Breen brings twenty-four years of telecommunications experience to AlwaysOn Network, Inc. In the 1990s Quentin was Founder and President of PCS 2000, LP (now Clearcom LP), which raised over $60 million to participate in the C Block 30 Mhz PCS spectrum auction conducted by the FCC. Clearcom built and continues to operate a cellular telephone system in Puerto Rico -- one of a handful of C Block auction licenses to be in commercial operation.
In the 1980s Quentin was President of Romulus Engineering, a company that filed over 20% of the applications submitted to the FCC for MSA and RSA cellular authorizations. He was also President of Cellular Holdings, Inc. -- the largest owner of minority interests in cellular licenses in the industry. In addition, he was Founder and Director of General Cellular, Inc., a cellular telephone company that became the nucleus of Western Wireless.
Quentin holds a BA in English from the University of Oregon and a JD from Columbia Law School. Prior to working in telecommunications, Quentin practiced law for fifteen years in San Francisco, focusing on international business transactions. He is the Founder and President of Train Mountain Railroad Museum in Chiloquin, Oregon.

Dan Stanton, COO
As Founder and Chief Operating Officer for AlwaysOn Network, Inc., Dan has more than seventeen years of experience in the communications and information technology sector -- creating solutions for business, government, schools, and classrooms. His tenure includes managing distance-learning programs, creating eCommerce applications, and providing technology to various vertical markets.
Dan received a Bachelor's Degree from Oregon State University, completed postgraduate course work at Lewis & Clark College, and holds a Master's degree from Portland State University. He has also taught K-12 students in Portland area schools as well as courses at Portland State University.
Pursuing his dual interest in education and technology, Dan serves as President of the One Ummah Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of illiteracy and poverty in underdeveloped countries.
An avid learner with a variety of interests, Dan has traveled extensively in Asia, Central and South America as well as Europe. He also enjoys windsurfing, skiing, and bicycling and he has even biked across the United States.

Tony Toigo, CTO
Tony Toigo, Founder and Chief Technology Officer for AlwaysOn Network, Inc. , served as President and CTO of Business Cellular Services Inc. (BCSI) for over ten years. Under Tony's leadership, annual revenue for the California-based company grew to become a multi million dollar entity. This success allowed him to acquire and merge another cellular telephone reseller, bringing additional growth to BCSI. Tony has years of experience with billing system integration and service deployment using a variety of platforms. Because of his strategic ingenuity, Tony and BCSI had one of the lowest subscriber attrition rates in the cellular industry.
Beyond his duties as CTO for AlwaysOn, Tony enjoys driving race cars, having been a pro race car driver during the 1980s.

Mohammad Rahman, CFO
Mohammad Rahman is the Co-Chairman and Founder of Rubicon Global Asset Management, LLC. He established Rubicon in 2003 after spending over twenty years managing client assets, beginning with Merrill Lynch in the Private Client Group followed by ten years as a Senior Vice President with Wachovia Securities.
Mr. Rahman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University. He was an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business for eighteen years and has served as a Board Member for the Portland State Endowment Foundation.
Mr. Rahman founded Rubicon Global HoldingÕs Institute of Halal Investing and serves on the board of Counsel of Spiritual and Ethical Education (CSEE). Mr. Rahman also founded One Ummah Foundation in memory of his son, Mustafa Saeed Rahman. OUF is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of illiteracy and poverty in underdeveloped countries.
Mr. Rahman is married, has three children. He continues to travel extensively in the Middle East and Asia.
